SERVICES
If you have never visited a chiropractor, consider browsing our FAQ section.
Spinal Adjustments: As the spine is the framework of the body, spinal adjustments are the framework of our care. We offer full spine chiropractic services by utilizing what we believe to be the most effective techniques. We use the highest quality chiropractic tables available to ensure your adjustment is as smooth and comfortable as possible. Patients are encouraged to share their adjustment preferences so we can accommodate whenever possible.

Extremity Adjustments: While focusing on spinal health, we recognize the need to care for other non-spinal joints. We are particularly helpful with shoulder and hip problems, but commonly help conditions of the knee, foot, and wrist as well. Adjustments and soft tissue therapies are applied as needed.

Roller Massage: Many of our patients love going on our roller table. This table provides a gentle, therapeutic spinal massage in a controlled setting. It helps reduce muscle tension and promote relaxation, adding to your overall experience. Within seconds, the roller table can convert into a traction table, which can treat both the neck and low back.

Flexion Distraction: using a specialized table, motorized traction is applied to the low back while lying face down. A hinge allows the lower half of the table to bend, lowering the feet toward the floor. The result is spinal traction, which creates reduced disc pressure and opens up the facet joints of the low back. The doctor may add tilt to the table to bring more focus to the left or right side. It is a highly effective treatment for disc bulges/herniations, scoliosis, stenosis, and spondylolisthesis. Under 27% of offices have flexion distraction available.

Vertigo/BPPV Treatment: we utilize an interactive and effective technique developed by Matthew Bromwich, MD. Using a specific series of head movements, small stones in the inner ear "canaliths" can be repositioned to treat benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). If you get dizzy for short bouts of time, especially with turning of the head, please let us know so we can evaluate you for BPPV. Research indicates the treatment we offer for BPPV is effective or curing in over 80% of cases.

Home Exercises: We have found that the overwhelming majority of conditions are either due to or result in soft tissue problems (muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc). For this reason, we integrate corrective exercises into our care plans, matching the need of each individual. Exercises are typically performed at home because it is free and convenient.
Weight Loss: Looking to drop a few a few pounds or inches? Our 6-week doctor supervised weight loss program is clinically proven to get results. Women lose 20-25lbs in only 42 days while men typically lose 30-45lbs. It requires no shakes, no pre-packaged foods, and no exercise. Call us at 804-499-6020 to find out more. Our consults are always free.

Auto Accident, Personal Injury, and Worker's Compensation Cases: Our office accepts both personal injury and worker’s compensation cases. If you have whiplash, numbness, or headaches related to a recent car accident, you may be able to receive care at no cost to you. We understand these situations can be frustrating and will do all we can to get you back to pre-injury status as soon as possible, so you can get back to living your normal life.

Digital X-Ray: By utilizing the newest technology, any X-rays you may need are available in a matter of seconds. The images allow us to view the phase of joint and disc deterioration, evaluate normal and abnormal spinal curvatures, and rule out conditions such as fractures, spondylolisthesis, and congenital abnormalities. Current X-rays help increase specificity of the chiropractic adjustment, making your care as safer and more effective.
X-rays are taken on-site at the first visit, helping to avoid long waits and inflated fees charged by other facilities. The X-rays are also used to determine an appropriate treatment plan and projected timeframe for care.
